We help insurers and their customers understand electrical and mechanical damage and coordinate the next steps in the claim process.
We assess damage, establish technical findings and prepare reports to support the insurer’s decision. Work is conducted within the Code of Practice and Privacy Guidelines set out by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and relevant insurance institutes.
